Describe the problem you are having

I am having issues running frigate inside a LXC running docker.
Errors I seem to be around Frigate not being able to use the GPU for FFMPEG.
It worked fine on a previous host before migrating to this new PVE Node.

My vainfo output also looks like it may provide clues as to what is going on:
