this is not a bug, see the release notes for 0.15, you likely need to use different hwaccel args |

Describe the problem you are having
I noticed that ffmpeg is continuously crashing with the following logs
I cannot really tell when this started because I noticed this was happening only when I setup some automation that is using the state of e.g. "camera.annke_garage". I now see it's flipping between "unavailable", "recording" states every N minutes (with "N" being quite randomic apparently!!)...
