[HW Accel Support]: YOLO build from notebook does not work

Describe the problem you are having

The following error shows up in the first step:

ERROR: Cannot install super-gradients==3.7.1 and super_gradients because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.
ERROR: ResolutionImpossible: for help visit https://pip.pypa.io/en/latest/topics/dependency-resolution/#dealing-with-dependency-conflicts

If I used ! pip install -q super_gradients instead, I get the following error:
