[Bug]: "Save & Restart" config editor when the config file has an issue does not show correctly in the UI

Describe the problem you are having

If you attempt to save the config file when it fails validation, you get the prompt 'are you sure you want to restart' and you click 'yes' at which point you see an error with the config alongside a restarting spinner. Frigate is not restarting, you have to F5 to get back to the config file, at which point it hasn't saved any changes so you have to reimplement what you had and then correct it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings Cog -> Configuration Editor
2. Make erroneous changes to the config file (add a new line with dfsakdfasd for example)
3. Click 'Save & Restart' and observe the behaviour.
