Add Timestamp to frigate.yaml when saving from Configuration Editor

I usually place a Date/Time stamp at the top of my configuration files, but sometimes I forget. Suggest adding a timestamp automatically when editing and saving using Frigate Configuration Editor.

# Time: 08:25
detectors:
  coral:
    type: edgetpu
    device: usb

That wouldn't work for anyone who edits their config outside the UI.

You could potentially read the last modified time off the filesystem, and display that at the top of the config screen I guess.
