Assign user permissions

Would it be possible to look into being able to assign permissions to different users?
For example, to assign specific cameras or camera groups to a user and whether the user is able to access the Settings and Configuration Editor areas.

A viewer role has already been implemented for Frigate 0.16. Fine grained permissions will come in a future version.
