we need to see a fully copy of the logs. Also what hardware are you running

It seems some of my cameras are running a mix of H264/H265. Does that cater for both? I assume not..

I'm getting this happening as well only after upgrading to 16, so I've downgraded to 15... What's strange is I only record audio on one camera but they're all reporting aac errors.

I even disabled recording on the one camera that has it and it still happens, totally broken frigate recordings for me unfortunately, any ideas @NickM-27

See the breaking changes in the 0.16 release notes. Audio handling was changed for 0.16. If your cameras are not sending audio, you should set this preset for any camera that does not have audio:
