The 0% intel cpu usage is an intel bug, it does not indicate that the hardware is not being used. |

Describe the problem you are having
After adjusting for the hwaccel qsv change for 0.15, things are running better, but it doesn't seem like my GPU is being used at all. I can add a second USB Coral, but I want to figure out the GPU issue first. I have this installed using Ubuntu and Docker-Compose. The computer is a mini-PC AceMagic Vista v1 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD (Alder Lake N97). I tried qsv-h264 which went well and qsv-h265 which didn't work. However, nothing has resulted in hwaccel being activated. I have done a lot of searching and haven't found a problem similar to mine so I'm wondering if it has to do with my unique combination of hardware for my build.
