The Try another browser, reduce the resolution, or change the video codec and see if that works better for you. |

Describe the problem you are having
Red colored box at top of review page with the message -
" Failed to play recordings (error 4):
DECODER_ERROR_NOT_SUPPORTED:
GetVideoDecoderConfigCount failed: The
operation completed successfully: (0x0) "
The above appears after clicking 'review', then clicking 'Alerts', then clicking on thumbnail of alert video when trying to view it. video appears but doesn't load and shows a black "still loading circular line" and you can't see the alert video just the initial view of the alert thumbnail with the continuously moving black circular loading line. This started happening when I changed to a new camera, the "Reolink Duo 2V POE dome camera (dual lens, 180 deg. FOV)" with a standard (high) resolution of 5120x1552 and a low (fluent) resolution of 1920x576 (which is the one I use for detection). *Note: the I-frame Interval is 2x for hi-res and 4x for low-res. Both streams are 20 FPS. This camera replaced the RLC-843 dome camera which did not give this error when selecting alert review videos and playing them. Any alert videos from my other Reolink cameras continue to play when selected and I view them without issue (no error dialogue box at top of UI screen). Are the specs for any Reolink Duo cameras (180 deg. FOV and their respective resolutions) not able to function in Frigate ? If they can function, what are the recommended resolutions and I-frame intervals we can use with these dual lens cameras with their wide viewing angles ? I might have to remove it and re-install my original camera back up on the wall. *P.S.: forgot to say that if I hover over the thumbnails with the mouse you can view the alert just fine, just like all the alerts for my other cameras. If you click on it to view it you get the error mentioned above. All other camera alerts when clicked open up the full screen view and you can watch the alert with no issues. Thank you, if this can be remedied with different settings I won't have to re-install my prior camera.
