Pull down to refresh no longer working on mobile browsers since v0.16.1

Hi all,

I used to use the standard mobile browser feature of swiping / pulling down to refresh on Frigate's main camera overview screen / dashboard / home, but it seems since Frigate v0.16.1 it's not working - it worked on v0.16. Possibly there has been an Android Chrome update, I just tried in Firefox and the same issue is apparent.

I liked doing this (and did it many times a day) as it allowed for easy and quick liveview updates without viewing each camera separately.

I have tried on multiple devices where it was confirmed working before and it's the same on them all, other websites still support the pull down to refresh feature.

Frigate doesn't control this behavior - this is something the OS handles. Did you recently update your mobile OS?

Hi, no major OS updates on my Android devices and this still works fine on all other websites tested, just not Frigate locally or via external proxies / cloud access services either.

There is nothing that we've changed that would affect this behavior, so it's likely to be something Android/Chrome related.

Also stopped on my phone when using Firefox & Chrome. I have a Samsung phone & it still works with the Samsung browser.
