move/create global override for camera/camera_name/mqtt: Options

Do you think it is possible to get global configuration section for these specific camera mqtt configurations?

There's a separate MQTT in the top level of the config (for the MQTT server) so I don't know if it's feasible

Yes, global level config of MQTT is mqtt server conf. specific.

I'm asking if "stuff like" the mqtt camera setup can be configured globally for all cameras instead of for each camera. this will be really nice.

In this case I think it would be somewhat complicated to do since the name would have to be different, perhaps in the future but it may require a breaking change
