Describe the bug

This is more of a feature request to add some network troubleshooting tools. This will help me troubleshoot local network issues on iOS/iPadOS devices.

Having the following system level CLI commands would be quite helpful for both IPv4 and IPv6 networks. As a network engineer, these would come in quite handy:

arp
ndp
traceroute
traceroute6
netstat

Also, these two 3rd party applications would be nice to have if possible and would allow me to remove additional apps I have running on iOS and iPadOS devices and solely use Blink:

nmap
iperf (version 3)
