Filter expired spells

Description

Some spells expire. Each spell has an object expiresAtTimestamp. By default expired spells are not displayed.

We should give users the option to view expired spells.

Filter

There should be a boolean checkbox under the section header "Timelocked". By default it will be unchecked.

Outcome

When the show expired filter is checked, expired spells will be displayed. These spells should show a headline and "Expired" row.
