Build for Windows System

For the CMake building option, the Available configure presets are limited to
"macos-arm64-vcpkg"
"macos-x64-vcpkg"
"linux-x64-vcpkg"

Is it possible to release a configuration for windows 64 bit, so I can build the project and use the rmqcpp library in the Windows environment

@iRay-JonathanyLiau Do you have any update on this pre built configuration for windows? If not, have you tried to build it yourself and could give some tips on that?
