Get value of ComputedScale to be used in sliders #550

I want to create a slider to adjust the scale and I want the minimum value of the slider to be the value of PhotoViewComputedScale.covered so that the lowest value of the slider is just enough to cover the widget.

Is there currently a way to do this?
