How to train a Lora on lightning model?

I tried training using DreamShaperXL lightning model but got images that look like this. Is there a setting that needs to be changed before I can train on lightning models?

Training on non-lightning and then using in a lightning model works, but DreamShaper doesnt have a non-lightning model available to train on.

Attached what it looks like with Lora I created using lightning model (washed out) vs what its looks like without the Lora.
