Make a script to index all generated jams according to their deformation parameters and source id

Long overdue update: I'm not sure this is 100% feasible, given that deformation parameters can be richly structured and complex objects.

That said, if we do this at all, it is probably better to wait until after something like marl/jams#92 happens , so that there's a common framework for indexing collections of jams objects.
