[FeatureRequest] Bazel Central Registry

Most of Boost libraries are available on the Bazel Central Registry (BCR), example.

Do we have plan to also make msm to be supported on the BCR.

I think this feature request fits better into the Bazel Registry's repository.

There already is an issue for Boost, which addresses your request and shows the current status: bazelbuild/bazel-central-registry#5586
