docs character rendering

Is this a regression, that was fixed earlier? The following text appears:

Chapter 1. Boost.Beast

instead of:

Chapter 1. Boost.Beast

Looks like b2 docs aren't looking good: https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_89_0/tools/build/doc/html/index.html (some text can't be read at all).

Hm, thanks for flagging this Sam. I'll git bisect this today to see what caused the regression.

Issue has been corrected in regards to the weird characters.

In regards to the other issue:
