Resolve issue with spacing/formatting on beast docs

On https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_89_0/libs/beast/doc/html/beast/ref/boost__beast__buffer_bytes.html there's a display discrepancy with spacing on items like net and :: and const_buffer as shown below.

There should be no spacing between them.
