建议把工具链设置为子仓库，节省clone的时间，让开发者自主选择对应的工具链，而不用全部clone下来

同意！简直不能忍了，一共6.9G ，三套工具链要6.5G！

反正工具链直接盗人家 SiFive 的，放个链接够了。
呃，大意了，盗的不能提及出处……
