identifySpecies missing certain cases #433
Description
The identifySpecies method currently does not recognise negative ions (only positive ones). There is also some inconsistency in what species are considered to be electrons. identifySpecies only considers electrons to be a species with name e and most of Hermes-3 does the same. However, in the collisions component a species is also considered to be electrons if it has the name ebeam. We should make this consistent across the code, one way or the other.
