Tolerances in findIndex #56
Description
Too loose tolerances in the findIndex function of StructuredPoloidalGrid seems to cause accuracy problems that results in weird behavior of the electron heat conduction at high temperatures. We have to tighten these tolerances. There is also an MMS test we can try for a purely toroidal geometry with circular flux surfaces. @ZedThree @dschwoerer
