Configurable notifications

It would be amazing if the notification's could be configured to:

• (not) include the content of the message
• (not) include the author of the message

If both are turned off it would be amazing if it would still send a generic "gurk -> new message" notification!

I would also love to see granular configuration of which chats will trigger a notification. I'm in many large group chats that I normally mute because they create a lot of noise. It would be nice to have a way to silence these types of chats like in the Signal Desktop application.
