Blog notes included in albums despite not meeting criteria

I'm running edge (master) alpine with the fix from PR #996 applied. This fixes the blog location inside the gallery, but there are still problems in the albums.

I have 4 albums, each one representing a year. e.g after:1961-01-01 and before:1961-12-31

In 3 out 4 of the albums, notes without dates appear below the first date item at the top, making them appear associated with those dates even though they're not.

Sometimes, the note without dates appear below some other date for no apparent reason.

Finally, notes that are greater than the end date, always get sorted below the date marker of the last item in the album. This makes the notes appear to have something to do with that moment. So, for instance, I might have comments about the June heat appearing above photos of people standing in the snow.

The correct behavior is that notes outside the date range not be shown at all. It makes no sense to have notes about 1963 appearing in an album for 1962.

Also it would be better if notes without dates not be shown at all in albums, because the context is missing, but if they have to be shown, they should be above all dates. This could be fixed manually by the user applying dates to all blogs, if the albums excluded notes from outside the album criteria.

Another fix would be if blog notes had tags. Then the user could specify that items with certain tags be omitted from an album.

I understood the blog feature as a per folder feature, not an album feature, see documentation.

In that case they shouldn't show up in the Albums at all.

Also, back in the gallery, in 3 out of 5 of my folders undated comments are showing up under dates.

Three out of 5 of my folders (not albums) display blogs this way. I've tried clearing the index and re-indexing. Possibly that leaves old file_entities items in the database.
