Support document preview of json type

User Story

When previewing a documents in a form of media type application/json or application/text, we should be able to display a view of that file content without having to download the file.

@mathieu-stennier For the PDF preview we use the default browser, so I don't think it makes much sense to make the JSON preview to look the same as that

I think we need at least some basic design for the JSON preview. Is a textarea in readonly mode enough? Do we need some basic syntax highlighting?

It looks like we're going towards the path of adding more renderers should we maybe consider implementing a generic extension system so the user can provide custom renderers like the Copilot Agent tried to implement in the failed PR on Tasklist?

I would push back against any other alternative. HTML5 renderer are okay to "bake in", but anything more complicated should definitely be managed via a module and extension. There's going to be a point where people ask to preview mp3 recordings, videos, 3D models, ect..., which is all valuable, but none of those dependencies should live within form-js or form-js-viewer IMO. A new package within the repo would be okay though, if it is considered core enough. Otherwise a new repo.
