Re-enable (and fix) failing feel popup test #1420
Description
What should we do?
As part of #1419, I've had to disable one test that I couldn't replicate manually, I believe it is due to how we set up the MockEventBus potentially, but haven't been able to track it down. I've followed through with the disabling because the update is fixing a crucial bug, tracking here to fix this revert and fix this later.
Why should we do it?
The test is still important, checking that the feel popups open.
