When editing forms, the drop area does not take all available space #1445

Describe the Bug
When using wide monitors and trying to edit a new form, you need to drag the element closer to the middle in order to see the drop section to actually edit the form.
At first I thought that editing forms was broken as I was releasing the item as soon as I entered the white area and the changes where not applied.

Steps to Reproduce
- Using a wide monitor, create a new form
- Try to drop a input field as soon as you enter the Form definition section.
Expected Behavior
The form definition section should automatically be rendered as ready to accept the change as soon as I enter its area
