Add support for call activity referencing

I'd really like to be able to add a process reference when creating a call activity. This way one could simply click the call action element to switch to the other process similar to working with subprocesses. This would make navigating complex processes much easier.

I'm moving this to the backlog as this is not on our roadmap currently. We are open for contributions that improve the situation 👍
