Is this right? I can still see files are downloading. Did a quick search and didn't find help docs.

the tooltip reads that it should be relative to the sync folder. Does that means to local or cloud one?

The path should be relative to the sync dir. Since you paths have spaces, you might need to enclose the path in double quotes. Not sure, please test.

Your 'sync_list' entries are not correct.

You are specifying the FULL path to the directory. The path needs to be relative to your configured 'sync_dir'. The rule you are illustrating should read:

/IQMS/FRM - Forms/FRM006 Gate Pass Form/IT/File Upload/*

Apologies - you are illustrating 'skip_dir' ... not 'sync_list'

However the exact same approach applies:

• Path must be relative
  • So your 'skip_dir' entry is /IQMS/FRM - Forms/FRM006 Gate Pass Form/IT/File Upload/
• Paths do not need to be escaped - in the config file each path should be separated by a | and the whole string is enclosed by quotes
