IMO there are three things that should also be added:

  • Repos should be archived on zenodo with a DOI
  • Support for workflows (brainmapper specifically for now)
  • Support for parameters e.g. fmriprep so that a sentance can be created such as "brainreg was used to register data to atlas [ATLAS NAME] using parameters X, Y, Z"
