expanding the "contributions" section.

It would be important to provide guidelines about how to report contributions, as the spirit of brainhack projects is to be collaborative, distributed and open. Maybe we could point at best practices in the community, e.g. BIDS. This should be mentioned in the docs, but it would be useful to have it in the template as well. I belive many contributors will use the template as TL;DR
