Add check for missing FREESURFER_LICENSE env parameter

We should add a check in main to see if the resource has following ENV parameter set.

export FREESURFER_LICENSE="hayashis@iu.edu 29511 *xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Without this, the app will fail in very cryptic way.
