Upgrade Grafana Version to 12.0.0 #139
Description
The mixins are currently built with Grafana version 7.5.10, which is outdated. The latest available release is Grafana 12.0.2.
It is recommended to update the mixins to support Grafana 12.x, accounting for any breaking changes and incorporating compatibility with new features introduced in recent versions.
We're happy to contribute to the upgrade if there's guidance or a suggested approach for how to proceed.
