Wallet doesn't use the browser locale to display dates

I use a browser with the fr_CA locale. The correct date format for that locale is DD-MM-YYYY.

When I mouse over the graph showing the value of my portfolio, I see the dates displayed in American format (MM-DD-YYYY).
