Clicking on transaction notification should load the block explorer page for the confirmed transaction

Steps to Reproduce

1. Initiate a transaction from wallet
2. Wait for the transaction confirmed notification
3. Clicking on it just opens a new tab and loads the account rather than opening the block explorer page for the transaction

Actual result:

Loads wallet page even though there is a wallet page already open

Expected result:

Should load the block explorer page to view transaction details
