Found while testing CR 139 PR builds. Reproduced in 1.82.78 as well.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install 1.82.78
2. launch Brave
3. add a new profile via hamburger menu
4. open Profile Manager

Actual result

A rounded cornered rectangle element is shown around the Profile button in the Profile picker page due to Nala?
