Steps to reproduce

1. Run

npm run test-unit -- --findRelatedTests browser/resources/settings/email_aliases_page/tests/email_aliases_list.test.tsx

and

npm run test-unit -- --findRelatedTests browser/resources/settings/email_aliases_page/tests/email_aliases.test.tsx

Actual result

Some tests take more than 1 second each.

Expected result

Test should take tens of milliseconds at most.
