Update Add bookmark button text and move to the new Toolbar side panel #47830

Description

The "Bookmarks" item under the "Brave Menu" section of the side panel/side bar "Toolbar" settings is a little confusing as there is a "Show bookmarks button" setting on brave://settings/appearance under the "Toolbar" section still. Both buttons do different things but this isn't entirely clear until you start messing with them.

Suggestions:

  1. Move the "Show bookmarks button" from "Toolbar" section of brave://settings/appearance to the side panel/sidebar "Toolbar" settings
  2. Rename "Show bookmarks button" to be something like "Add Bookmark"
  3. Rename the "Bookmarks" item under "Brave Menu" section of the side panel/side bar "Toolbar" settings to be something like "Bookmarks Manager" to clarify what this setting actually does

Steps to reproduce

  2. See "Show bookmarks button" under the "Toolbar" section
  3. Click "Customize your toolbar" in the "Appearance" section
