Ebay Re-target ads on Facebook

I browsed the ebay website for Beats Headphones and few minutes later I was seeing re trageting adds on Facebook for ebay with description and image of the product I was searching on ebay. I don't see any facebook buttons on the ebay page, I'm wondering if this is being done through ebay adchoice. Shouldn't this be blocked by default by Brave?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to Facebook and close the tab
   2.Search for a specific product on ebay
2. Probably you will see ads for that product in your feed on facebook (at least in my case it happened immediately)

Expected result:
-- I was expecting Facebook ads not to know what I searched on ebay
