There is no license attached to the library now. Feel free to use it, copy it and modify it no credit is necessary but if you want to that is fine.

Hi Brian. I love your code, and would like to modify it to add some new functionality and then hopefully submit a working prototype to a research conference. Is it still the case that you do not have a license for your code and are willing to let users use and modify your code?
