1. activate Developer options:
Go to Settings -> All Settings -> System -> about Device
Click repeatedly on Build Number

2. Enable ADB and set the Bootloader unlockable:
go to Settings -> All Settings -> System -> Developer Options
enable OEM Bootloader unlock
enable USB Debugging

3. connect your HMD to your PC via USB

4. Download Google platform tools:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools_r31.0.3-windows.zip
Open a Commandline and navigate to the platform tools.

5. Restart into Bootloader Mode:
type
adb reboot bootloader
now, you need to authorize your PC inside the HMD
HMD will reboot into fastboot mode

6. Install fastboot driver:
download https://dl.google.com/android/repository/usb_driver_r13-windows.zip
you will have a unregonized Android device inside Device Manager
FORCE install the Android Bootloader interface.

7. Unlock the Bootloader
go back to your commandline window
type 
fastboot flashing unlock

8. Done
