Broken relative links on cromwell.readthedocs.io

Well, the title says it.

To reproduce, visit:
https://cromwell.readthedocs.io/en/latest/backends/HPC/
and click SGE on the page.

This happened for a year and a half, after
https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/cromwell/builds/?page=52

Maybe mkdocs package version is too high for relative links styling?

Please help.
