What
To run echo_supervised_inference_recipe.py, we are required to pass an argument called wide_file and I am unable to inderstand what this file is.
Why
I have searched through whole repository ad external sources and closest to solution which i have found is from ml4h_ccds.data_descriptions.wide_file from model_zoo/ECG_PheWAS/ecg_median_autoencoder_latent_space_infer.ipynb but even ml4h_ccds is nowhere to be found
