Add ability to filter ClinVar variants by Review Status

1. Quality of ClinVar submissions vary, hence it would be useful to filter by review status.
   In the Pathogenicity section, add the option to restrict ClinVar variants to those that have at least one star.

2. Split VUS and conflicting option into two separate ones - conflicting (non path) and VUS
