Open a link in active new tab on Vivaldi latest stable opens links in a new window

Browser: Vivaldi 7.4.3684.46 (Stable channel) stable (a 64 bit) On linux

As in the title, the function "Open a link in active new tab" opens links in a new window, instead of an active tab.

"Open a link in non-active new tab" works as it should

Only on Linux, apparently! I see this behavior there but not in 7.4.3684.55 (Stable channel) (arm64) on macos.
