Unlike with the native program Vim, accidentally repeating an action like 99yt could be resource intensive and therefore causing a lot of mess or even hang/crash the browser. Many actions (e.g. duplicating tabs) also do not make much sense when repeated in such quantities.
I would like to suggest Surfingkeys guard again such scenearios, e.g. for certain actions (duplicate/close tabs, etc.), repeating more than a certain limit requires confirmation.
