build_browsh.sh is missing

OSX Setup instructions mention ./interfacer/contrib/build_browsh.sh, but the file is missing.

Also OSX is not the correct term anymore. Might as well rename the file to SETUP_DEV_MACOS.md or just SETUP_DEV_MAC.md.
