Feature Request: Automatically Launch Game in Pseudo-Fullscreen

The Request:

Would be great in Settings>Emulator to have two check boxes or radio buttons.

1. Automatically switch to Full Screen on Emulation Start
2. Automatically switch to Pseudo Full Screen on Emulation Start.

and/or add a command line argument to allow Pseudo-Fullscreen

The Issue:

Currently launching my titles through steam by putting the game file path and using --fullscreen in the Launch Options and it works great. However, I use the steam overlay with the fps counter and the regular fullscreen shows the counter in the middle of the game. However If I switch to Pseduo-Fullscreen this fixes the issue. However, there is no way that I have seen to automatically use Pseudo-Fullscreen instead hence the feature request.
