As is, when using the emulator for SNES Mouse related things, the sensitivity seems entirely calibrated around 1:1 on pixel resolution from OS to Emulation.
While I don't know my way around programming, I think it would make sense to have some sort of sensitivity setting and a multiplier to how many OS level pixels must be travelled based on how much larger the emulator's window has been made in relation, to try to allow users to match the in emulator SNES Mouse inputs to the speed of mouse inputs on their desktop.
